2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep product information, pricing, and images accurate, but errors may occur. Battiss Gift Shop reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.
Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
4. Delivery
Free delivery applies to orders of R750 or more.
Delivery time is 6–8 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Battiss Gift Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
5. Orders & Processing
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
You will be notified if there are any issues affecting your order.
6. Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
Returns or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Liability
Battiss Gift Shop will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We respect your privacy. All personal information provided is used solely for order processing and communication and will not be shared with third parties, except where required to fulfill your order.

If an item ordered is not available at the warehouse, the item will be credited, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
